Thomas Dale Case, 66, of Granite City, IL died on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL.

He was born on October 31, 1957 in St. Louis, MO to Veryl and Mary (Northrup) Case.

Thomas married Frances "Renee" Wallace in Edwardsville, IL on October 5, 2007.

The loving husband, father and grandfather enjoyed fishing and baseball.  He was a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. Thomas built and raced racecars.  He loved dirt track racing.

Besides his wife, Thomas is survived by 7 children:  Justin (Kristy) Case of O'Fallon, Danny Case of Swansea, Nathan (Alicia) Case of Highland, Autumn Mauer of St. Louis, Mykayla Wallace of Granite City, Mara Wallace of New Baden and Peyton Wallace of Granite City; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  Also surviving are 4 brothers:  Ed Case of KS, Mike Case of S.C., Troy Case of Freeburg and Mikey Case of Smithton and a sister, Cherry Hustedde of Maryville.

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
