Shawn Edward Davis, 56, of Glen Carbon, IL died on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at his home.

He was born on December 19, 1969 in Granite City, IL to Eddie Joe Davis and Catherine (nee:  Hampton) Burden.

Shawn enjoyed riding motorcycles and fishing.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Shawn is survived by his mother; 2 daughters:  Lynnsey (Ryan) Duckett of Edwardsville and Stacie Mitchell of IL; 2 sons:  Ryan Menoni of IL and Avery Thompson of IL; 3 grandchildren:  Ryann, Tori and Ryker and a brother, Jody Davis of IL. Also surviving are many extended family members and friends.

Besides his father, Shawn is preceded in death by a brother, Chad Burden; his grandfather, Lowell Hampton; grandmother, Margaret Hampton; 3 uncles:  Allen Hampton, Dennis Hampton and John Hampton and a cousin, John Hampton, Jr..

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory in Granite City, IL.
