Rose Ann Woodall, 67, of Granite City, IL passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Thursday, August 24, 2023.

She was born on March 28, 1956 in East St. Louis, IL to John and Alice (Jackson) Allen.

Rose Ann married Clyde "Jim" James Woodall in Belleville, IL on September 19, 2008.  He preceded her in death in 2022.

Rose Ann retired from the St. Louis Post Dispatch after 20 years of service.  She enjoyed music and Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

She is survived by her good friend, Heather Bixler of Granite City and her dog, Lucinda.

Besides her husband and parents, Rose Ann is preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Allen and her favorite dog, Wiggle Butt.

A celebration of life will be held by the family on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Doit's Village Inn in Pontoon Beach, IL.
