Richard A. Kleimann, Jr, 58, of Caseyville, IL died on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

He was born on February 27, 1967 in St. Louis, MO to Richard A. Kleimann, Sr and Sandra (nee: Reid) Diehl.

The loving father and grandfather enjoyed darts and bowling.  He was a fan of the St. Louis sports teams, including the Cardinals, Blues and the Rams when they were in St. Louis.  Richard was an outdoors person who also enjoyed taking float trips, camping and enjoying bonfires with family and friends. He was a simple man who liked building fires in the fireplace at home.

Besides his mother, Richard is survived by 3 daughters:  Maria Schrader of St. Louis, MO, Kaitlyn Kleimann of Collinsville, IL and Sydney (Jason) Sperry of Collinsville, IL; former spouse, Terri Garcia-Kleimann; 5 grandchildren:  Kyle, Ryan, Amelia, Josephine and Layne; a brother, Tony (Kelli) Stabile of TX;  a sister, Colleen (John) Haines of Troy, MO and several nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
