Karen "Mandy" Amanda Melisa O'Brian, 40, of Madison, IL died on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL.

She was born on April 2, 1983 in Granite City, IL to Donald W. and Vivian (Bryson) O'Brian.

The loving mother, daughter and sister enjoyed spending time with her children and especial loved shopping with Kaylie and Paige.  Mandy was a creative person who enjoyed constructing and building things and she could paint, draw and fix things.  She loved to listen to music, going to church and spending time with friends, family and loved ones.  Mandy enjoyed cooking and getting creative.  She really loved Jack in the Box, especially the Double Jack sandwich.  She will truly be loved and missed by her family and friends.

Besides her parents, Mandy is survived by 2 daughters:  Paige O'Brian of Pontoon Beach and Kaylie Moss of Granite City; 2 sons:  David O'Brian of Granite City and Gary J. Moss of Pontoon Beach and 6 brothers:  Chris O'Brian, Jason O'Brian, David O'Brian, Elliott O'Brian, Derek O'Brian and Joey O'Brian all of Granite City.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2023 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory in Granite City, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
