Janet Lee Metcalf, 58, of Granite City, IL died on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

She was born on February 13, 1966 in St. Louis, MO to Harold Valentine and Mary Lou (Farrar) Genna.

The loving mother enjoyed camping, shopping and flowers in her yard.  She was an avid animal lover.

Janet is survived by a son, Christopher Bryant of Potosi, MO; her significant other, Richard Bryant of Granite City, IL; 3 brothers:  Jack (Audrey) Genna of Salem, MO, Steve Genna of St. Louis, MO and Harold (Marcilin) Genna of Rogers, AR and a sister, Shirley Keane of St. Charles, MO.

Besides her parents, Janet is preceded in death by 2 brothers:  Michael Genna and Tony Genna and a sister, Roxanne Genna.
