Heather Kristen Danielle Thompson, 35, of West Frankfort, IL passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on July 16, 1986 in Granite City, IL to David and Juanita (Dockery) Ryan.

Heather married Charles Thompson in Granite City, IL on July 17, 2004.

The loving wife and mother worked at Herrin Hospital in Herrin, IL prior to her illness.

Besides her husband and parents, Heather is survived by 2 daughters:  Ryanna Thompson and Bristol Thompson, both of West Frankfort; 2 sons:  Liam Thompson and Brody Thompson, both of West Frankfort; a brother, David Jr (Tara) Ryan of Granite City, IL and a special friend, Seth Bradley of West Frankfort, IL. Heather will be greatly missed by several aunts, uncles cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory in Granite City, IL.  The funeral service will be at 11 am on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon, IL.
