Frank Jesse Castillo, 54, of Wood River, IL died on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at is home.

He was born on August 10, 1969 in East St. Louis, IL to Albert Castillo, III and Frances (Vasques) Castillo.

The loving father and grandfather enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking and barbqueing.  He was a very innovative person.

Frank is survived by a daughter, Aelainea Castillo of Staunton, IL; a grandson, Bryson Welburn; 2 brothers:  Jerry Castillo of St. Jacob, IL and John Castillo of Collinsville, IL; 2 sisters:  Juanita Maldonado of Granite City, IL and Margaret Byrd of Breeze, IL and several nieces and nephews.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
