Elizabeth Christ, 84, of Caseyville, IL passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Caseyville Nursing & Rehab Center in Caseyville, IL.

She was born on June 21, 1941 in Granite City, IL to Joseph Resmann, Sr and Pauline (nee:  Downs) Resmann.

Elizabeth married William Christ and he preceded her in death.

She attended Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Fairmont City, IL and St Jerome Catholic Church in Troy, IL.  Elizabeth grew up on a farm and enjoyed the farm life.  Because of her love for the farm, she really loved animals. Also, she enjoyed going shopping when she was able to.

Elizabeth is survived by 3 daughters:  Karen Andersen, Debbie Roulanaitis and Roxie Roulanaitis; 3 sons:  John Roulanaitis, Joe Roulanaitis and Jason Roulanaitis; a brother Jerry (Louise) Resmann and a very special niece and caretaker, Tammy Walker.  Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband and parents, Elizabeth is preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Resmann, Jr.
