Donald Stacy Holder, 64, of Granite City formerly of Dublin,, GA passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023 at River Crossing of Edwardsville.  He was born June 10, 1958 in Shreveport, LA.  He married Peggy Daniels July 15, 1990 in Dublin, GA.  Don enjoyed hunting fishing and being the self-proclaimed Grill King of the World.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy Holder of Granite City; daughter, Joy (Trent) Pope of Dublin, GA; son, Carey (Andrea) Mathis of Fort Walton Beach, FL; three grandchildren, Landon, Evan and Gracie; brother, Kevin (Ruth) Holder of Dallas, TX and sister, Susan (Gary) Cash of Shreveport, LA.

He was preceded in death by his a father, Don Holder and mother, Alene Holder Brothers.

Cremation services entrusted to Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory in Granite City.  The family will hold a local Celebration of Life at Luna Café from 4-10 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2023.  A Celebration of Life will also be held in Dublin, GA at a later date.  Online guestbook available at www.wojstrom.com.
