Donald Lee Dayton Jr (Donnie) 47 of Granite City,IIlinois, born December 2,1975, in Granite City, passed away November 25,2023, in Granite City,Illinois
Donnie was of Pentecostal faith. He loved skateboarding, music was his passion he wrote many songs and poems. Donnie played guitar and piano, and was always the entertainer he loved to make people laugh, His art work was impeccable which showed on canvas and his tattooing skills. Donnie had a very kind heart and helped people when he needed just as much help, he would give his last dime to help a friend or stranger give his last bit of food knowing there wasn't any more coming.
Donnie will be missed by those who loved him.

Donnie is survived by His Mother Peggy Dayton Jones(husband:James Jones) , a Brother Brad , A daughter Rebecca and granddaughter Avahh; Aunt Shelley Uncle Gary and Aunt Julie. Many Cousins

Paternal :His Fathers side Aunt Joyce, Uncle Larry and Mike, many cousins.

Donnie was preceded in death by His Father Donald L Dayton Sr; his sister Ruby MC Dayton(Garlick); both sides of grandparents,Jack Sr Florence (Ma)

As requested by Donnie he wanted Cremated and his ashes Interred with his Sister (Ruby) at Mount Carmal, Belleville,Il
A celebration of life will be held in late April, Date Time And Place will be sent out at a later date.
