Diane R. Mayfield, 60, of Granite City, IL passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026 surrounded by her family.

She was born on July 22, 1965 in Granite City, IL to Cecil Garrison and Margaret (nee:  Crisco) Garrison.

Diane married John Mayfield in Edwardsville, IL on December 15, 1995.

The loving wife, mother and grandmother was devoted to her family.

Diane is survived by her husband; 3 daughters:  Amber Kessinger, Julia (Shane) Brown of Granite City and Monique (Gregory) Ferry; 3 sons:  Dustin (Heather Wolfe) Stanton of Granite City, James Herrendeen and Dutch Mayfield of Granite City; 16 grandchildren; her beautiful sister, Gayle Woods and her nieces.

Diane is preceded in death by her loving father, Cecil Garrison; best friend, Lisa Bailey; her brother in law, Joseph Woods and her mother.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
