David Bruce Hiles, 76, of Maryville, IL passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

He was born on December 5, 1949 in Granite City, IL to Claude and Audrey (nee:  Sheppard) Hiles.

David married Donna Atkinson in Glen Carbon, IL. She preceded him in death on January 4, 2026.

In his free time he enjoyed scuba diving.

David is survived by a brother:  Anthony "Tony" Hiles of Maryville and 2 sisters:  Leann (David) Kinscherff of Oakland, AR and Aleana Hiles of Glen Carbon, IL.

David is preceded in death by his wife and parents.
