Daniel Kintz Boyd, 79, of Granite City, IL died on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Belleville Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.

He was born on January 6, 1945 in Santa Monica, CA to Albert and June (Ransom) Boyd.

Daniel married Diane Kaltmayer in Edwardsville, IL on September 5, 2003.

He enjoyed reading,bowling and spending time with his grandchildren.

Daniel is survived by his wife; a daughter Ashley (Bast) Wilkinson and her husband Michael of Granite City; 5 grandchildren:  Payton, Mykenna, Mollee, Kinlee and Josephine and his dog, Harper.

Daniel is preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory in Granite City, IL.
