Charles "Tally" Ragan, 60, of Granite City, IL died on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at his home.

He was born on October 28, 1965 in Granite City, IL to Charles Edward Ragan and Sandra Kay (nee: Mangiaracino) Ragan.

Charles married Krystal Anderson in Granite City, IL on October 28, 2024.

The loving husband was a kind and generous person to all who knew him.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Charles is survived by his wife; a daughter, Brianna (Seth) Ahlmeyer of Marine, IL; 2 sons:  Brandon Ragan of NY and Charles Taylor of Vero Beach, FL; 3 grandchildren:  Regan Ahlmeyer, Louis Ahlmeyer and John Ahlmeyer and a sister, Mistie Valbert of Granite City.

Besides his parents, Charles is preceded in death by a brother Darrin Ragan.
