Billy Ray Aitken, 68, of Pontoon Beach, IL passed away Friday, June 7, 2024 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL.

He was born to the late Jack and Luella (Will) Aitken on August 29, 1955 in Peoria, IL. He met Wanda Williams and they were married on October 10, 1979 in Belleville, IL. Bill enjoyed playing pool and darts. He spent time at the Venice Social Club and was always helping other people when they needed it.

Bill is survived by his wife: Wanda Aitken, a daughter: Misty Rae Aitken; a son: Clinton Williams; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a brother: James Aitken; and a sister: Veva Aitken.

Besides his parents; he is preceded in death by a daughter: Jennifer Aitken, a bother: Bobby Aitken; and 2 sisters: Jackie Lease and Rachelle Kirk.

The family will hold a celebration of life on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the Venice Social Club beginning at 1 pm.
