He is survived by a fiancé Marlo Tucker; two daughters, Ruth Ann and Tiffany Biggs of Nashville, IL; three sons Joseph Biggs of Granite City, Nick Biggs of Wood River, Kyle Biggs of Belleville; one brother, Wayne Leslie; one sister, Trena Newman and several uncles and aunts.
